I recently stayed at the Westend City Hostel for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the well-connected Westbahnhof station. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even finding alternative accommodations for our stranded friends. The 24X7 reception and their responsiveness to our questions and concerns were also fantastic. The hostel's common area was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the lockers were large. Plus, they provided free amenities like wifi, luggage storage, and even a hairdryer, iron, and earplugs. Highly recommended!

the lack of charging stations near the beds was inconvenient, as I didn't feel comfortable leaving my phone charging far away from me. the temperature in the room was quite hot and there was no control over the heating or cooling.

I had a fantastic stay at Westend City Hostel in Vienna. The value for money was great, with comfortable beds and clean rooms. The location was convenient, close to the subway station and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better at the hostel was having a wider variety of items.
